Sholden Hall is a long-established care home which prides itself on providing the best possible quality care to our residents.
Our owners, management and care staff work closely with our residents, their families and friends, health professionals and the wider community to give our residents as much freedom, choice and independence as possible so that, even though they can no longer live independently, they can continue to enjoy life to the full with the benefit of 24-hour care and support.
- We offer day care, respite care and long-term residential care to men and women, who are either self-funded or funded by their local authority.
- We specialize in the care of persons who are living with dementia.
- We have plans in place to achieve the highest CQC rating, “outstanding” and are never content to rest on our laurels.
